Every document is cross-referenced against the issuing jurisdiction: filing stamps, case numbers, court seals, and where available, direct look-up in public court portals. Where a digital source exists, we retrieve and compare the original.
After successfully completing KMFY's verification and review procedures, an eligible record may be published and indexed as part of the Company's background information services where publication is permitted by applicable law.
KMFY reserves the right to deny, restrict, delay, annotate, or remove any submission that cannot be reasonably verified, appears inaccurate or incomplete, has been sealed, expunged, vacated, or otherwise made confidential, violates Company policy, or is prohibited from publication by applicable federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial law.
Publication by KMFY does not constitute a legal determination regarding guilt, innocence, liability, or the merits of any allegation, investigation, arrest, court proceeding, or legal action. KMFY publishes only records that satisfy its publication standards and applicable legal requirements and makes no independent determination regarding the underlying facts or legal outcome.
Know More For You ("KMFY") publishes only official public records and other lawfully available governmental or court records that satisfy our publication standards and applicable law. Before publication, records may be reviewed for authenticity, completeness, relevance, and compliance with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable legal requirements.
As a matter of Company policy, records generally remain indexed and publicly available only while the underlying official public record remains lawfully available and, in any event, for no longer than six (6) years from the date of publication or the underlying record, whichever period expires first, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
KMFY may remove, suppress, or restrict access to any record earlier when required by law, court order, governmental directive, or Company policy.
KMFY does not knowingly publish or continue to publish records that have been lawfully sealed, expunged, vacated, or otherwise made confidential by the issuing court or governmental authority.
If a record is sealed, expunged, or otherwise becomes ineligible for public disclosure after publication, KMFY will remove or restrict access to the record within a reasonable time after receiving sufficient documentation verifying the legal change.
Any individual identified in a published record has the right to submit a rebuttal, correction request, or documentation demonstrating that a record has been sealed, expunged, vacated, dismissed, or otherwise materially changed.
Upon receipt of reasonable proof from the issuing court or governmental authority, KMFY will promptly review the submission and, where appropriate, remove, update, annotate, or restrict access to the record in accordance with applicable law and Company policy.
KMFY is committed to maintaining a fair, impartial, and legally compliant publication process. Our goal is to provide access to official public records while respecting individual privacy rights, due process, judicial determinations, and applicable laws governing public records, sealing, expungement, and record correction.
Publication of a record does not constitute a determination by KMFY that any person is guilty, liable, dangerous, or responsible for alleged conduct. Many official records document allegations, investigations, arrests, petitions, or legal proceedings that may not result in a conviction or finding of liability. Users should review the complete official record and independently verify material information with the issuing court or governmental authority before relying upon it.
This Policy is administered in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law.
