Assumption of Risk and No Reliance
You understand and agree that the Services, records, summaries, matches, and AI-assisted
outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misidentifications and are provided for
informational purposes only; you will independently verify material information with
the issuing court, agency, or official source before relying on it, and you assume all
risk of use.
No FCRA Uses
The Services are not consumer reports and may not be used for employment, housing,
credit, insurance, licensing, benefits, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
Arbitration and Class Waiver
By using the Services, you agree to individual arbitration and waive the right to
participate in class or representative actions, subject to your right to opt out within
30 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability is limited, and we
disclaim liability for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages, including those arising from AI outputs, subject to nonwaivable
carve-outs.
